Rena Bergstroem: I like solid music with melody and good rhythms and this is what you get on this CD. Perhaps not hip, not in, not ultra-modern but well crafted and well played. Jackson has a great and most pleasant voice and is a vocalist who sings his songs with feeling and without any unnecessary frills. Jackson also did a fine job on the lyrics which are cynical, meaningful, mostly a bit sad and even funny at times. The songs on this CD range from Pop to Country and R&B to Rock. Well worth a try and a buy. |
Lars G Lindberg: Imagine that you can find the sound of Eagles, Beach Boys and many others in the tunes of George and add to it that he does all the playing by himself and you get just as knocked out as I was. It´s absolute one of the best artists I´ve heard ina veeeeeeery long time. Great lyrics, great arrangements and a great voice. All in the package of one debut album. I can´t remember that I´ve heard any stronger act for years. If you don´t mind the word - It´s One Hell Of An Album. Buy It.....

Dan Chapman: This is a very well produced album with top notch songs, musicianship and vocals. George Sanford Jackson has put together an album here that rivals anything out there now!!! |
