Charles L Johnson has always been Sue Keller's favorite ragtime composer. Mainly because his up-tempo pieces are as much fun to play as they are to listen to. While his more serious syncopated waltzes are among the most beautiful and moving pieces ever composed. Sue Keller is the Music Director for the Scott Joplin International Ragtime Foundation and for the last several years has been an artistic director for the Scott Joplin Ragtime Festival held annually in Sedalia, MO.
