Idiosyncratically subjective but engage (en-gah-zhay)jazz, funk, romance in catchy tunes and improvisation on acousitic baby grand pianoforte both solo and in ensemble settings.

Named BALTIMORE'S BEST LOUNGE PIANIST 2005 by Baltimore Magazine, Ray Jozwiak is much more than that. Ray's sophomore release CRITIC'S CHOICE further expands his musical palette, featuring several full-ensemble recordings and one vocal, in addition to the requisite solo piano forays. Accessible yet stimulating original compositions with generous amounts of piano improvisation.

Ray has been playing music for many moons and in addition to recording his original compositions, he also plays his 'Fractured Jazz' frequently at some of Baltimore's creative music-friendly outlets while peddling pop music to pedantic publishers and creating, creating, creating.

John Lewis, Baltimore Magazine says, "...Jozwiak displays a fractured, Monk-ish melodicism that's balanced by a steady left hand. All eight songs have a peculiar charm..."

Beverly Durfee of The Daily Sentinel (Grand Junction, CO) says, "...Jozwiak is talented and needs to be heard.
