About the artists:
THEO BLECKMANN
Theo grew up in Germany, but lives in New York and works in the jazz and contemporary music scene.
RIGMOR GUSTAFSSON
Rigmor lives in Sweden, but works all over Europe. She appears on Yuletide Voices courtesy of ACT Music.
SANNI ORASMAA
Sanni grew up in Finland, but lives and works in New York. She can be heard in many contexts related to jazz and improvised music.
EEPPI URSIN
Eeppi lives in Helsinki, Finland, where she has created a name for herself as a solo and jazz vocal group lead vocalist.
LISA WERLINDER
Lisa is an actress from Sweden, who works at the Royal Dramatic Theater and often in major roles in feature films.
EIRIK FLUGE
Eirik is a multi-talented Norwegian artist, who currently lives and works in New York.
KATJA KULLANDER
Katja is a vocalist from southern Sweden, who sings and teaches in New York. She has also lead choirs and several holiday ensembles around town.
KRISTIN MULDERS
Kristin lives in Bergen, Norway but has recently made her way to many European countries.
MIKA POHJOLA
Mika is the man behind all arranging, recording and production on Yuletide Voices. He grew up in Finland, lived in Sweden before Boston. He's been based in New York for 10 years, but tours Europe as a performer, composer and lecturer.
MIKA & MINNA GRONDAHL
Directors and screenplay writers of the video. They grew up in Finland, but live outside of New York. The video takes place partly in the urban New York environment and in the Scandinavian cozy and snowy winter!
