Laurel Zucker, Daniel Kennedy (bongos and marimba), Lorna Peters (harpsichord), and Richard Cionco (piano) all provide a superlative, jazzy performance of this newly recorded music by american jazz/classical legend Alec Wilder. Laurel Zucker, flutist, has been compared to Rampal and Galway by Gramophone Magazine. Samuel Baron, called her "the leading solo flautist of her generation". This is a tour de force recording featuring a great mix of classical/jazz/musical style pieces by Alec Wilder. Alec Wilder also wrote music performed by Frank Sinatra.
