"The Spirit of Christmas" is a collection of original Christmas songs telling the story of how Christmas almost didn't happen! A disgruntled Santa (Joe Teig) doesn't want to drive the sleigh - and Mrs. Santa and the elves are beside themselves figuring out how to save Christmas!
Written and produced by the unpredictable Diana B, who has cowritten songs and score for the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer film released in 2002, this album features many songs performed in Hershey Park Christmas shows; includes a tasty Christmas carol suite in "quasi-minstrel style" which includes all your favorite Christmas carols - you'll want to loop the carols for the holidays! Joe Teig as Santa is quite funny in his despair, and Mandy Peek makes a swell Mrs. Santa. She also sings a beautiful lead in "Silent night".
