Digital Moodz is a project which began in 1998 by Erik Blackerby. Growing up around the world has allowed me to take the cultures and experiences that I have had and express them through my music. The music of Digital Moodz is hard to define; it is a myriad of new age styles from ambient to world to ethnic to dance --not your typical bland new age music. You will find rich ambient soundscapes and textures, ethnic string and wind instruments, Spanish guitar, mysterious voices, choirs and Gregorian chants all blended through modern grooves and percussion. I call it --New Age with a Kick!
